ESTABLISHMENT:
Nib International Bank S.C. (NIB) was established on 26th May 1999 under license No. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business No. 84/1994 by 717 shareholders. The Bank commenced operation on 28th October 1999 with a paid up capital of Birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million.
