The General Assembly of Shareholders is at the apex of NIB\'s organizational structure. The Bank is supervised by twelve Board of Directors who are elected by the General Assembly of Shareholders, consisting of a Chairman, Vice Chairman and ten other Directors. The Management of the Bank is entrusted to the President, who is appointed by the Board of Directors and is assisted by three Vice Presidents, namely:

• Vice President for Credit and Branch Operations,
• Vice President for Administration and Finance and
• Vice President for International Banking Operations.
